APPROACH

  • Listening and collaboration: we listen to clients through initial meetings to ensure we understand the needs for the evaluation/assessment/study. We finalise the objectives with you and the details for the methodology, such as the sampling and data collection plan, as well as designing and agreeing data collection tools with you.

  • Quality & reliable data: we strive for excellence with credible methodologies, taking steps to enable reliable data and results.

  • Ethical & safe: we always follow the UN ethical data collection guidelines and the ICRC’s data protection standards. We maintain communication and transparency with you. We hold several policies for staff, which are regulary updated: Code of Ethics, Equal Opportunities Employer, Anti Slavery, CSR, Social and Environmental Impact and Anti-Fraud. We ask all staff and partner consultants to complete a UNICEF hosted course focusing on Safeguarding.

  • Inclusive: we focus on civil society being at the centre of the work we carry out, through listening to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Recognised standards: a focus on the operational aspect of programmes, considering recognised quality standards such as OECD/DAC, Core Humanitarian Standard and Sphere.

  • Partnerships: we add value to our work, by delivering this in partnership with our network of consultants and research partners around the globe.
